Returns & Exchanges

At Freet Barefoot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your natural movement experience; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure your shoes are tested indoors only to maintain their eligibility for a full refund or size exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Freet box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it clearly to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
